Before you can access any of the coupons, you are required to fill out a form providing personal information. You won't have access to the coupon unless you provide the information. READ THE FINE PRINT! Many times by submitting your information, you also agree to allow solicitors to use your email address or phone number. We even unintentionally signed up for a magazine subscription.
