Coupon Mountain has a vast database of coupons with over 4000 offers, this is one of the largest on the Internet. On this site you can find various practical coupons on household goods, computers and even travel.

One of the few downsides to this site is the customer service and help section. We found the email address for help is invalid. However, we tried a different address and did contact the company—they provided valuable information in a timely manner.

Feature Set:  

Coupon Mountain includes many of the features seen in other online coupon websites including printable coupons, coupon codes and direct links to discounts. Though membership is not required to use the service, you can sign up to receive a newsletter and alerts when new coupons become available.

Other features include easy comparison shopping and online forums so you can discuss money saving topics with other consumers.

Coupon Mountain is designed so even a computer novice will feel comfortable on this site. An online slideshow tutorial will show you the entire process, from searching coupons to making a purchase.

Customer Service:  

Coupon Mountain offers a mediocre online tutorial that will teach you the ins and outs of the service. If you have other questions, they provide some email addresses to contact the company. We first tried to contact feedback@mezimedia.com, but our email was returned undeliverable. We tried a different address and got a response within days.

Summary:  

Coupon Mountain is very similar to some of the other online coupon services. This site provides a large number of coupons that will save any penny pincher money.
